No. Every plan comes with unlimited, unmonitored, uncapped traffic. We operate on a fixed-price model for budget control — unlike cloud providers, we never bill hourly or on variable factors like traffic, RAM or CPU usage. The only optional extra is additional IP addresses, which carry a separate charge.

Yes — real root access on both VMs and dedicated servers. Unlike the limited privileges in some cloud environments, you have full control: install any software, configure anything you need.
